Financial Aid

FACTS Grant & Aid

FACTS Grant & Aid is an in-house scholarship with limited funds.  Families applying for financial aid will need to complete an application and submit the necessary supporting documentation to FACTS Grant & Aid Assessment by March 31st in order to have any awards credited to their account in a timely manner.  We will accept applications after that date, but funds may be exhausted.

Applicants can apply online at online.factsmgt.com/aid and there is a $30 fee charged by FACTS Grant and Aid to apply.

Once an online application has been completed, the following information will need to be sent to FACTS to complete the application process:

  • Copies of you most recent Federal Tax forms including all supporting tax schedules and documentation.
  • Copies of your W-2 forms for both you and your spouse.
  • Copies of supporting documentation for Social Security Income, Welfare, Child Support, Food Stamps, Workers’ Compensation, and TANF.

All supporting documentation can be uploaded in pdf format online.  Documentation can also be faxed to 866.315.9264.  Please be sure to include the applicant ID on all faxed correspondence.  If you have questions or concerns about the applications process, you may speak with a FACTS Customer Care Representative at 866.441.4637.

Applications take approximately 3 weeks to be processed and will then be reviewed by the school.  Tuition assistance awards will be granted based on need, mission match and availability of funds.  Your family will be contacted once a decision has been reached.
